Job Description
- Designing and developing various branding, promotional, and advertising materials in both print and digital formats.
- Creating main visual concepts and supporting materials for various marketing campaigns.
- Designing visual communication needs such as posters, banners, social media content, brochures, catalogs, website content, and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
- Assisting in managing the visual appearance of the website, newsletters, and internal communication media.
- Managing the entire design process — from concept, revisions, to final artwork (FA) for production.
- Collaborating with the Marketing, Copywriting, and Social Media teams to ensure visual messaging aligns with the brand’s communication strategy.
- Organizing and archiving design files systematically for easy access in future needs.
- Staying up to date with the latest design trends and applying them appropriately according to the company’s brand identity.
Requirements
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong design sense with a good understanding of layout, typography, and color principles.
- Detail-oriented, creative, able to work under tight deadlines, and accustomed to a collaborative work environment.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or the creative industry is an advantage.
