Job Description

1. Oversee all financial operations of the company (4+ outlets)

2. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements per outlet

3. Manage cash flow, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation

4. Develop annual budgets and monitor actual performance

5. Oversee taxation processes and regulatory compliance

6. Lead finance & accounting team

7. Coordinate with outlet managers regarding COGS and operational costs

8. Report directly to Director/Owner

Requirements

  •  Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management
  •  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in F&B/Hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Proficient in Indonesian taxation (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN)
  •  Skilled in accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal, or equivalent)
  •  Expert in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
  •  Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Strong data analysis and financial interpretation skills
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to manage a team
  • Willing to work in PIK area, North Jakarta
  • Experience managing multi-outlet financial operations (preferred)
  • Familiar with POS systems and sales reconciliation (preferred)
  • Familiar with ESB system
