Job Description
- Monitor daily/weekly food & beverage costs
- Conduct routine stock opname
- Analyze actual vs budget variances
- Report costs to management
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in the same role, preferably in F&B/hospitality industry
- Familiar with COGS, food cost, and beverage cost
- Experience in auditing & stock opname
Available to work in non Halal Resto
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Familiar with accounting software (ESB, SAP, or equivalent)
- Understanding of basic financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
- Ability to analyze price & usage variances
Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- High integrity and honesty
- Good communication skills (coordination with kitchen, purchasing, and finance)
- Able to work under tight deadlines
