Comprehensive Operations Excellence (CORE) program is a dedicated acceleration program for Operations in Bank BTPN which provide a great opportunity for you to experience the art of Operations in BTPN. This program is designed to develop highly potential talents of future Bank BTPN operations experts. You will gain in-depth understanding of the operations of banking industry through intensive in-class training and exposure to significant operations projects. To continue nurturing our CORE talents, you will work alongside people leaders and cross-disciplines to help you developing understanding and skills of operations excellence of Bank BTPN.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
- Are a recent graduate or professional with up to 2 years of full-time working experience.
- Have a fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Are passionate and self-driven for continuous learning and development, with an ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, communication and an adaptability to change.
- Have a flair for digital technology.
- Possess a customer-centric outlook and able to work diligently.
- Are willing to be placed in all Bank BTPN offices across Indonesia as part of your career development journey.
