Job Description
Comprehensive Operations Excellence (COrE) program is one of the acceleration program in BTPN which opens opportunities for fresh graduates to be a part of BTPN’s transformation process.
In this program, you will get:
- Intensive training related to our banking operational process
- Exposure in Operation’s transformational projects
- Mentorship with respective Operations Leaders at BTPN
- Be our future agent of change, which significantly impacts BTPN’s mass market.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh Graduate or has maximum 2 years of working experience
- Good fluency in English (writing & speaking)
- Self-discipline, structured, and organized
- Has good analytical thinking, communicative, detail-oriented, adaptable
- Having certifications related to IT and data analytics is a plus point
- Willing to be placed in all BTPN offices in Indonesia.
