Job Description
- Manage and execute daily operations for a specific kitchen section.
- Monitor and record stock levels, waste, and transfers using the ESB system.
- Ensure all dishes leaving the section meet the restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Assist the Sous Chef/Executive Chef in recipe testing and inventory control.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 3-5 years as a Demi CDP or CDP.
- System Proficiency: Must be proficient in ESB for stock management, inventory tracking, and daily kitchen reporting.
- Location: Preferably domiciled in Tangerang or Jakarta.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of section management, food safety (HACCP), and high-volume food production.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a small team of Commis chefs and ensure consistent quality and speed.
