Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy according to standards across the region, in line with brand guidelines
Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through purchasing decisions
Monitoring feedback and escalate accordingly with regards to the impact of visual merchandising actions on the business
Overseeing the production of food displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
Liaising with operational staff on arranging displays
Monitoring costs and work within budget
Analyzing visual merchandising trends within the region and provide regular detailed feedback to key stakeholders in order to drive and support the business

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field is a plus
Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser for min. 2 years
High sensitivity of details and understanding of product categories
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
Creative and innovative thinker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
