Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Understand key product strategy metrics, Create user-friendly and concise content for user interfaces, user flows, product tours, error messages, onboarding experiences, and other touchpoints. Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure content is implemented effectively.
- Understand the entire product design and development process to craft compelling microcopy
- Create and maintain style guides, including the brand's voice
- Conduct research on users to build a strong sense of empathy on your target audience
- Carry out regular analysis and checks on existing copy.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX writing and user experience design.
Kualifikasi
- Has experience min. 6 months in UX Writing or Copywriting
- Able to recognize and apply brand's voice to your writings
- Has strong attention to detail, strong analytical skill and understanding our user well
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar, syntax, and style which User from different stages of age will understand easily
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers
