Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Your responsibilities will be:
1. Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Researchers to gather requirements and user research from ideation to implementation
2. Create and conceptualize the prototype of UI/UX solutions for mobile and web dashboard from the user’s perspective
3. Collaborate with UX Reserchers to test the developed prototype to our users and implement the feedbacks with the UI/UX best practices
4. Collaborate with Engineers to create comprehensive & readable wireframes and interactive & seamless web/mobile prototype
5. Develop and conceptualize high quality design guidelines along with the elements and digital assets
6. Craft design solutions with functional, logical and interactive insights
Kualifikasi
1. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services 2. English level: B2 (should be able to communicate with international team)
3. Understand mobile and web platform design guidelines and generate professional digital output that is usable, compliant, and facilitate the development
4. Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
5. Strong analytical thinking to process users' feedbacks and interview results
6. Able to empathize with users and proven ability to implement design principles effectively
7. Able to show portfolio from previous projects 8. Experience in developing UI for Web Dashboard is a plus
