Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Effectively handle multiple job openings simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Utilize online advertisements and offline initiatives to identify and attract top-quality candidates for each position.
- Handle and maintain a large volume of data, including applicant tracking history and our talent pool database.
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology or management from a reputable university.
- Less than 1 year of work experience in recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a strong desire to expand knowledge in the field of talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Google tools such as Docs, Sheets, and other related applications.
