Stall Development Supervisor

Job Description

  • Control, monitor, and evaluate the suitability of promotion designs and menu products in stalls to align with trends and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure that promotional materials and menu designs meet established standards and contribute to the achievement of targets set in various programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop attractive and effective promotional materials.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving the visual appeal and effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to ensure compliance with design guidelines and SOPs.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to propose innovative and competitive designs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand promotion objectives and incorporate feedback into design revisions.


  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Research and Development (R&D), Business Development, and Strategic Planning.
  • Previous employment in the Food and Beverage (F&B), Franchise, or Distribution industries.
  • Strong leadership skills and high creativity.
  • Understanding of processes and requirements, with the ability to analyze trends for creating new products.
  • Extensive network in the F&B industry and/or similar sectors.
