Job Description
- Manage, conceptualize, and execute social media campaigns that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Develop, shoot, and edit compelling video content for various social media platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Implement effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Regularly update and monitor social media channels, actively responding to comments and messages, and fostering community interaction.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the success of social media efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated about social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to enhance overall strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relation, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Having experience in planning content, using video editing tools, and navigating social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable being in front of a camera.
- Creative thinker with the ability to align content with brand messaging.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Willing to be Full WFO in Jakarta.
