Job Description

  • Melakukan monitoring terkait pemenuhan request service (perbaikan unit atau penggantian sparepart) dari cabang.
  • Memberikan solusi penyelesaian jika terdapat pending request yang belum diselesaikan.
  • Memastikan standar dan prosedur pelaksanaan request service telah sesuai.
  • Membuat laporan rutin berkaitan dengan pengelolaan request service


  • Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai customer service di industri elektronik atau telekomunikasi.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
  • Penempatan: Head Office (Jakarta Selatan)
