Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Planning and implementing SEM campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior performance ads.
  • Managing the paid Search Engine Marketing campaigns and other paid advertising campaigns if needed.
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
  • Monitoring and analyzing paid advertising metrics and optimize it to meet revenue goals.
  • Hands-on Bidding Optimization• Analyzing data and insights to improve ROAS.
  • Having knowledge of Ad Copy-Writing and Testing.
  • Suggesting improvement in the marketing campaign and make necessary changes if required.
  • Preparing SEM reports on a monthly basis and presenting it.
  • Staying up to date with the new advertising trends and PPC strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing pay-per-click accounts .
  • 2+ years of experience working with Google Analytics performing deep-dive analysis to drive search marketing efforts.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • The ability to think creatively and work as a team and independently.
