- Business Case Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to build a compelling business case for integrating sustainability practices, showcasing the advantages in terms of cost savings, revenue growth, brand loyalty, talent acquisition, and social impact.
- Sustainability Strategy Refinement: Evaluate existing sustainability strategies and refine them in targeted domain areas or holistically across the organization.
- Alignment Across Business and IT: Drive alignment between business and IT functions to ensure that sustainability strategies are effectively implemented through technology and operations.
- Organizational Alignment: Work across various departments to ensure alignment with sustainability objectives throughout the organization.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a roadmap for sustainability initiatives, ensuring that it aligns with broader business goals.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the progress and impact of sustainability efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Experience in S/4HANA implementation with top 3 global system integrator (SI) is preferable.
- Strong understanding of sustainability drivers and their impact on business, environment, and society.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across departments and levels.
- Proficiency in developing business cases and aligning strategies across business and IT functions.
- Familiarity with sustainability metrics, reporting, and best practices.
