Sales Strategy Specialist (B2B)

Job Description

  1. Learn about our products, services, and the beauty industry
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs as well as provide tailored solutions (especially in B2B)
  3. Work on sales strategy, lead generation, client meetings, and sales presentations
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality products in accordance to client's request
  5. Participate in sales and product knowledge seminars to enhance expertise
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments


  1. Graduates from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.0 (fresh graduates are welcome as well!)
  2. Beauty enthusiast with strong desire to pursue career in sales within the beauty industry
  3. Have at least 1 year of experience in the beauty manufacturing industry
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and negotiate with candidates, as well as build relationships with clients (especially in B2B)
  5. Self-motivated, ambitious, eager to learn, and able to work alone or in a group
  6. Able to provide as well as implement appropriate and creative solutions when needed
  7. Having personal vehicle will be an added value
