Job Description

  • Assist to handle Internal Intern hiring
  • Conduct sourcing and approaching potential candidates through various platforms
  • Assist executive recruiter with CV screening and HR interview
  • Assist in reference check & talent pool
  • Responsible to create still & video content for several channels
  • Assist in collab with Recruiters and other departments for the content creation
  • Assist in managing communication with both internal & external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5th semester from any major
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin
  • Have related experience or skill in recruiting, designing, video editing, and copywriting
  • Have interest and willing to explore the HR Recruitment & Employer Branding field with strong interpersonal and creative skill
  • Initiative, outgoing, and good at communication
