Job Description
- Quality Testing: Conduct physical and microbiological analysis of products following established quality control procedures.
- Sample Collection: Collect samples for testing from production batches, raw materials, and finished products.
- Data Recording: Record and interpret test results, documenting any deviations from quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet the company's quality standards and are in compliance with industry regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy in testing.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share quality findings and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
- Reporting: Generate quality reports and maintain accurate records for traceability and compliance.
Requirements
- Canddate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Biology and Engineering (Chemical).
- Have experience 1 year in the same field, freshgraduate are welcome to apply.
- Understands chemical and microbiological analysis.
- Requaired Skills: GMP, GLP, HACCP, ISO 22000, Sistem jaminan Halal.
- Good analytical thinking, communication skill and detail oriented.
