Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform quality inspection in all areas (inbound, production, inventory, outbound, delivery)
- Implementation of quality inspection methods/SOP
- Update/brief product knowledge/product specification to the inspectors
- Perform internal quality audit
- Provide weekly quality report
- Escalate non-conformity (quality issue/food safety issue) by creating CAR
- Support trials and experiment directed by R&D team
- Participate in product spec alignment meeting with sourcing, purchasing and category team
- Evaluate inspectors/daily workers performance (sampling, inspection, audit)
- Discuss/sharing audit findings with related department
- Utilize updated document
- Monitor inspection data input
- Support CS team in handling quality complaint- Implement updated regulations implementation (ISO, Halal, HACCP, GMP)
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition, Agriculture, Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance
- Have basic knowledge in QA/QC principle
- Have basic knowledge in food product/characteristics
- Inspection Method
- Have basic knowledge in GMP, 5R, FSMS (ISO 22000), QM (ISO 9000), HACCP, Halal
- Undestanding Document Control
- Deep understanding in RCA and complaint handling
- Embrace working in team primciple
- Understanding problem solving method
