Project Management Officer (PMO)

Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
  • Capturing project requests and ensuring each request has sufficient information to assess the project.
  • Keeping an up-to-date repository of projects underway and requests pending review
  • Implementing scoring and prioritization models to help assess which requests should be approved.
  • Managing a resource capacity plan or resource forecast to help understand resource availability for projects.
  • Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate the selection of project services and products
  • Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
  • Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities 
  • Organizing project resource management
  • Monitoring of relations between project areas and active improvement submission
  • Working across teams to develop a robust framework based on the partnership-consumer funnel approach to increase impact on the project.
  • Develop and manage relationships across the business by project



  • at least 2 years of experience in Service Delivery or Project Environment.
  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, engineering for technical project managers, business, or management.
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in an IT Solution or Artificial intelligence product is a plus.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous activities across different business activities.
  • Understand the Scrum concept and can work in a heavy Agile Environment.
  • Both technical and commercial awareness with the ability to get things done in a planned, organized and accurate manner
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Service focused on the ability to meet targets on a continuing basis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in using Project tools such as trello, Asana, Slack is an added Value;
