Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Lead and manage process improvement projects across the downstream processes, including developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and effective project execution.
  2. Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, using data analysis and process mapping techniques
  3. Develop and implement process improvement solutions to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality, including standard work processes, visual controls, and performance metrics.
  4. Monitor and track the progress of process improvement initiatives, and report results to senior management.
  5. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees on process improvement methodologies and techniques.
  6. Collaborate with other functional areas, such as Product Management, Quality, and Operations, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of process improvement efforts.
  7. Conduct periodic reviews of processes and systems to ensure ongoing effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  8. Participate in cross-functional teams to support the development of new products, processes, and technologies, and ensure alignment with best practices in process improvement

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement or consulting background, preferably in a manufacturing environment/projects.
  3. Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  4. Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  5. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools such as SQL will be a plus.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving measurable outcomes.
  8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Prior experience in developing Warehouse Management System will be a plus
