- Oral Communication: Conduct meetings, negotiations, presentations, and discussions with Mandarin-speaking users, partners, or colleagues.
- Written Communication: Draft and review written documents, emails, reports, and other materials in Mandarin.
- Translation: Provide translation services between Mandarin and other languages if required.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Be culturally sensitive and aware of business customs and etiquette when dealing with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Interpretation: Offer real-time interpretation during meetings or conferences as necessary.
- Language Support: Assist in language-related matters, such as language training or language-specific research.
- Bachelor's Degree or above, any major (preferably Mandarin Literature/Linguistic)
- Strong English and Mandarin skills (full set)
- Have intern or work experience, preferably from multinational company or overseas would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates with Mandarin skill and those who graduated from China/Taiwan/Singapore/Malaysia university are welcome to apply
