Production Manager

Job Description

  1. Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of production and ensuring that the final product is produced according to quality standards.
  2. Planning, organizing and managing the production team.
  3. Monitoring quality control.
  4. Coordination with other departments.
  5. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in food science, food engineering or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in food production management.
  3. Working knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Will be placed in Bandung
