The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be part of the Marketing Team to establish and maintain community, provide creative advice, and run various marketing campaign strategies. This role is responsible for building an active community structure for Fit Hub's user base and increasing Fit Hub’s brand awareness and presence. You will be expected to be agile, hands-on, and willing to hit the ground with a growth mindset. You'll get a huge room of growth and opportunity to show your communication & marketing skills as you will create, design, and push out world-class marketing campaigns.
What You Will Do:
- Overseeing 360 marketing programs to ensure proper, consistent communication and embodiment of brand identity to support business outcomes in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Design the brand narrative & strategy, identify marketing channels, and assist in the go-to-market plans that align with the company’s voice, values, and mission.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Manage end to end project management for both key campaigns and tactical initiatives, both from marketing team or key stakeholder ensuring clear brief, timeline, and key outputs are delivered as per brief and budget requirements
- Work collaboratively across marketing departments to ensure projects are executed well in a timely manner.
- Collect and analyze data and key insights that would help stakeholders to identify campaign success and improvement points
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years experience in brand and creative marketing with experience from Tech company / Agency / Consulting Firm.
- Strong project management skills, collaboration skills and willingness to work independently with others towards the same outcome and drive results.
- Strong empathy for the end-user. Obsession with understanding user problems and needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
- Agile, fast learner, and able to prioritize high volume projects
