Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Advising on legal matters and providing guidance to the organization.
- Researching and analyzing complex legal issues.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Representing the company in legal proceedings or negotiations.
- Collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Assisting in risk management and compliance efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Law.
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate secretary/paralegal, especially in logistics or startup companies.
- Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Placement in the Pulo Gadung.
