- Managing IT support services, both for hardware and network, to all departments in need according to the specified service level.
- Evaluating and improving the company's IT system performance.
- Creating, implementing, and ensuring the implementation of IT policies (IT Policy) in NBI in general.
- Proven experience as an IT support specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT security principles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team.
