Job Responsibilities:
- Have capacities and capabilities enough for handling tickets of the service requests, incidents, problems and production change requests in order to meet the objectives and service levels of the IT service deliveries.
- Responsible to update and briefing in regular to all team member under supervision and other involved support teams regarding the IT service.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the priority of each ticket and discussing with the manager regarding ticket requests, incidents, and problems.
- Oversee service desk support, production support, tennis support, and third-party tool support.
- Oversee and report on IT projects to the manager.
- Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of IT operations and achievement of IT services.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of information technology, information management or computer science.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Assistant Manager Support and Services, Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience in supporting IT operations and technical support is highly desirable.
- Experience as lead of IT Projects is preferred.
- Understanding system video conference and prepare audio visual equipment for the event.
- Understanding Domain / Active Directory, CCTV, Access Point, Barrier Gate, Face Recognition, and Barcode.
- Understanding networking skill TCP/IP, VPN, LAN, WAN and Access Point.
- Good knowledge of Operating system (Windows, MacOS), Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, power point, teams, etc), Zoom, Google meet.
- Have good communication skill, hard worker and have a strong responsibility.
- Initiative to solve problems with good logic.
- Willing to work in Cibitung
