Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance of cloud-based databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Redis, etc.
- Design appropriate database structures and table relationships to meet business requirements while ensuring data consistency.
- Develop and execute database backup and recovery strategies as per requirements, ensuring data safety and availability.
- Analyze and optimize complex queries, design and maintain indexes to enhance query performance.
- Manage database monitoring, diagnose and resolve failures, ensuring high system availability and stability.
- Participate in formulating database architecture and disaster recovery plans to ensure system resilience and scalability.
- Keep track of new technologies and trends in the database field, continuously updating and enhancing technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Database Management Systems: Familiarity with MySQL, SQL Server, Redis, etc.
- Understanding of database security strategies and disaster recovery plans
- Proficiency in quickly diagnosing and resolving database issues, including deadlocks, performance degradation, abnormal exits, etc
- Experience with Cloud-based Database Management.
