- Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on HR-related matters and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement
- Work closely with the learning and development team to ensure business leads have the right tools and support in place to manage their teams effectively
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Responsible for finding and providing candidates that suitable & qualified for the Sales Operation Department
- Contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimal experience: 1 Years as HRBP / HR Operations / HR Generalist
- Must be comfortable working in an early stage to growth stage company and should be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines & knowledge of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulations
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong time management and priorities management skills
- Able to work with mobility work system
