Requirements

  1. Psychology undergraduate student (minimum 4th Semester for Internship) with interest/major in Industrial & Organizational Psychology
  2. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships with internal stakeholders
  4. Able to work in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
