Job Description

  • Streamline and enhance HR processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for HR operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Manage offboarding procedures professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure company policies align with legal requirements.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
  • Assist in organizing events and activities.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance-related issues.


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources/Human Capital/Human Culture.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management.
  • Expertise in payroll management, database handling, administration, and file drafting.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative in building the company's image.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and grow.
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is an added advantage.
  • Residing in Surakarta, Central Java.
  • Available to join as soon as possible.
