Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources/Human Capital/Human Culture.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management.
- Expertise in payroll management, database handling, administration, and file drafting.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Creative and innovative in building the company's image.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to continuously learn and grow.
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is an added advantage.
- Residing in Surakarta, Central Java.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
