Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Customer Growth Strategy - Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our strategy team to help develop and implement growth strategies for our businesses. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the company's overall performance and providing insights to help optimize business operations.
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Collaborate with the strategy team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.
- Analyze customer data to identify key insights and trends, and develop actionable recommendations to improve the customer experience.
- Monitor and report on the company's performance metrics, including customer acquisition and retention, revenue, and profitability.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide support for the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Requirements
In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management, Economics, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field or position, especially in business analysis. Fresh graduates with stellar profiles are welcome to apply!
- Strong analytical, critical, and numerical skills
- Strong communication & presentation skills: able to confidently present ideas and collaborate with different stakeholders to move things forward
- Excellent computer skills with emphasis on GSuites
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Agile and self-driven. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in both Bahasa and English
