Job Description

  1. Melayani dan memberikan informasi yang tepat dan sesuai terhadap pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh customer
  2. Merespon dan menangani keluhan permasalahan/kendala yang tersedia
  3. Membina komunikasi dan hubungan yang baik melalui service excellence dalam setiap interaksi dengan customer

Requirements

  1. Mahir mengoperasikan komputer
  2. Mampu menganalisis masalah
  3. Bersedia bekerja mengikuti shift (termasuk di hari libur nasional/weekend) dan bersedia lembur apabila dibutuhkan
