Content Creator Lead

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brand's vision and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.
  • Lead and inspire a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content creation efforts with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end content creation process, including conceptualization, planning, production, and distribution.
  • Personally contribute to content creation, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency.
  • Develop visually compelling storytelling concepts that showcase our brand identity and resonate with our audience.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand's voice across all content platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to integrate brand messaging seamlessly.
  • Oversee the brand's social media content, ensuring a cohesive and engaging presence on platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Foster a sense of community through interactive and inclusive content, encouraging audience participation and feedback.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, with a focus on women's fashion.
  • Proven track record of leading successful content teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and a keen understanding of the women's fashion market.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and emerging trends.
