Community & Offline Officer

Job Description

What will you do:

  • Execute strategies to build and engage our online community of customers, fans, and partners.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with community members, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Manage and grow our social media groups, forums, and other community platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content to stimulate discussions and interactions within the community.
  • Identify and recruit suitable affiliate partners to expand our brand's reach.
  • Manage relationships with affiliates, providing support, resources, and incentives to drive performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
  • Execute offline events, activations, and sponsorships to promote our brand.
  • Coordinate logistics, including event venues, vendors, promotional materials, and staffing.
  • Measure the success of offline events through key performance indicators.
  • Develop post-event reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Collect and analyze data related to community engagement, affiliate marketing, and offline activations.
  • Prepare regular reports on the performance of community initiatives and affiliate campaigns.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Proven experience in community management, affiliate marketing, or offline marketing (2+ years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tracking systems.
  • Experience with event planning and execution.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
