Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Represent the brand and liaise with Bus operators for partnership.
- Introduce, demonstrate, and present the redBus Platform (redBus inventory/ sales management system for the bus operator)
- Build good relationships with the bus operators, have periodic business reviews with them, and create "Joint business plans" to drive growth.
- Creating new partnerships with all bus operators
- Handle escalations from redBus "Customer service" and also gather & share consumer insights with product/marketing teams.
- Help in executing BTL interventions on the ground
- Familiar with Digital Marketing (collaborating with Brand Marketing Team)
- Self Driven and goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and target
Kualifikasi
- 2-5 years of experience in Travel, e-Commerce, FMCG, or Hospitality companies handling SALES or BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT roles.
- Strong in Data Analysis
- A good negotiator and communicator
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Used to work with the Booking System is an additional point
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia as this role requires working closely with team globally
