- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support HR team in organizing training programs and workshops.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure all administrative HR processes are efficient and well-organized.
- A graduate in Psychology (S1 degree).
- 0-1 years of experience in the same field.
- Proficient in Ms. Office.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in the Marketing office in Central Jakarta.
