Job Description
- Engage with our client and help resolve issues and inquiries
- Act as the main point of contact between Praktis and its client and principles
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities in ensuring continuous business growth
- Monthly fulfillment analysis report
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Have at least 2 - 3 experience in Account Manager (Fashion Category)
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and time management skills
