Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are seeking a skilled and organized Draftsman cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and technical drawing, along with excellent administrative skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams for engineering and construction projects
- Update and revise existing drawings as needed
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports
- Provide administrative support to the engineering team, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain project files and records
- Perform other administrative and drafting tasks as assigned
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English is a must
- Diploma or Certificate in Drafting or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in drafting and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Experience in preparing technical drawings, plans, and diagrams
- Good understanding of engineering principles and construction terminology
- Experience in residential building is a huge plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
