Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Leading the development and implementation of user experience strategies.
Conducting user research and analyzing user feedback to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
Developing user personas, user journeys, and user flows.
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
Working closely with designers and developers to ensure that the user experience strategy is implemented effectively.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the user experience strategy and making recommendations for improvement.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field from reputable university.
Proven experience as a UI/UX strategist or similar role for more than 2 years.
Strong understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
