Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Construct mockups, wireframes, prototype/pretotype in order to execute research and support the overall product development
- Execute user research and market research to find pain points and points of improvement to drive the organization’s goals
- Prepare and execute research plans and maintain accurate and current record-keeping of experimental results
- Monitor product/feature implementation and user behaviors from data
- Design the best way to address and solve user’s pain points
- Drive overall user-centered design and approach in the organization
Kualifikasi
- Experience using Adobe XD/Figma/Balsamiq/other prototyping tools
- Demonstrated ability to be creative and innovative
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS, understanding their potential and limitations
- Able to construct mockups and wireframes for development
- Able to construct prototype/pretotype and conduct user testing
- Able to conduct competitor analysis of other websites/apps
- Understanding and proven use of user-centred design processes and methods
- Possess a relentless need for investigation and problem-solve for our users
- Great understanding of quantitative and analytics research methods and ability to design, execute, and analyze research independently from start to finish
- Able to make design decisions based on requirements and feedback
- Good oral and written communication skills in English, bilingual preferred
- Collaborate effectively in a team

Solve Education! works with education and technology experts to create an educational game app which aims to develop students’ hunger for learning and prepares them for the workforce of the future.
As a not-for-profit organization, our vision is for future generations to have equal access to the knowledge economy. To do this, young people need critical and technical skills and confidence in their ability to learn, adapt to changes and solve problems. Globally, many students without access to quality schooling (263 million) have access to low-end smartphone and broadband technology (70% of the world population by 2020).
DOC uses techniques of game development to engage students’ hunger and confidence to learn, and develop analytical skills. Our online employment platform, Solve Employment!, will directly link success in the game to employment opportunities, further increasing motivation.
