Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment
- with internal user needs.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Apply Agile methodologies and use Jira for tracking and managing projects, and assist
- junior project managers in mastering the tool.
- Passionately and patiently teach and mentor junior project managers.
- Oversee thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain feature timelines and ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Utilize your background in internal ERP systems to effectively manage related projects.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to connect the dots and address challenges
- proactively.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in using Jira for project tracking and management.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with at least 3 years in
- internal ERP systems.
- Demonstrated success in managing ERP projects and delivering features on time and
- within budget.
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring and teaching.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and excel under
- pressure.
- A passion for problem-solving and connecting complex ideas.
Bonus Points If:
- Experience with teaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Experience as a Fullstack Developer, particularly with:
- Code Igniter
- Laravel
- Vue.js (a plus, but not required)
- Node.js (optional)
