Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the product development process, collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business objectives, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Act as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Define and analyze product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and regularly groomed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in technical product management, software development, or a related role.
- Solid track record in managing end-to-end product development cycles, from ideation to successful launch and post-launch enhancements.
- Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineers, designers, and QA professionals to achieve common product goals.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate seamless product delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to effectively convey product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and measure product performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership abilities, motivating and guiding teams in an inclusive and supportive work environment.
- A passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
