Role Description
As System & Procedure Specialist, you will hold an integral part in ensuring that the Bank has Policies and Procedures in accordance with the provisions of the regulators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and update the Bank’s policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
- Ensure alignment of policies and procedures with applicable regulations, governance standards, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather information and facilitate the development or revision of policies.
- Communicate and socialize policies and procedures to ensure consistent understanding and implementation across the organization.
- Prepare complete and accurate working papers and supporting documentation for policy development and updates.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing policies and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to governance, processes, and documentation standards.
- Continuously enhance professional knowledge and competencies through training, certifications, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Policy & Procedure, Compliance, Internal Control, Risk Management, Audit, or a related area (fresh graduates with relevant exposure may be considered).
- Good understanding of banking regulations, governance principles, and internal policy frameworks.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to continuously learn and pursue relevant professional certifications.
