Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze legal cases, provide legal opinions and advice that are right and effective for litigation cases and customer complaints
- Ensure effective litigation management of all cases
- Timely filing of cases and monitoring their progress, and provide timely updates to the relevant leaders of division
- Prepare documents needed both internally and externally
- Attend police summons or court proceedings on behalf of the company
- Brief internal employees in preparation for attending legal meetings
- Work with the Anti-Fraud team to strengthen internal control and anti-fraud system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable University and having at least 4-year experience in Corporate Litigation
- Minimum of 2-3 years of law firm experience
- Having PERADI license is preferable
- Eager to learn and have strong knowledge in corporate law and commercial agreements
- Fluency in business level English both written and spoken
- Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Having a good personality, critical thinking skills, effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skill
- Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously and adapt in different situations and scope of work (agile)
- Capable working as a team player, proactively and take initiative
