As a Store Operations Manager, you will:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the store.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
- Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching/feedback.
- Drive sales and monitor performance against targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and stocking of merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and minimize shrinkage.
- Monitor daily cash handling and ensure banking procedures are followed.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Analyze sales reports and implement improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with corporate offices or regional managers.
- Coordinate promotional and marketing activities.
Kualifikasi
- 3–5 years of experience in store operations or retail management, preferably in beauty or FMCG
- Proven leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, and managing a store team
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales target management, and customer experience strategies
- Knowledge of inventory management, including stock handling, ordering, and shrinkage control
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and retail management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
