Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
Conduct trend research and optimize social media performance based on data analysis.
Engage with the social media audience through live sessions, stories, Q&A, and direct messaging.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute seasonal campaigns.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing monthly performance reports.
Provide recommendations for improving social media strategies and campaigns.
Manage and implement Marketing & Communication Plans, selecting the most suitable communication channels for campaigns.
Oversee interactions on all social media platforms to maintain brand presence and engagement.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, DKV or Public Relations
Strong proficiency in social media strategy, content planning, and execution across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc).
Excellent skills in copywriting, branding, storytelling, and SEO.
Skilled in photography and videography for social media visuals.
Up-to-date with social media trends, features, and algorithms.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to collaborate with content creators, photographers, and video editors.
High passion for creativity and visual design, particularly in the beauty and fashion sectors.
Based in Bandung, willing to work on-site (WFO).
Ready to join immediately.
