Job Description:
As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and engaging with our audience. You will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative social media strategies to promote our brand and increase our online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Social Media Strategy based on data.
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative, innovative & out of the box social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals and branding image.
- Concept engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok & X).
- Manage and optimize our social media accounts, including community management, engagement, and analytics based on data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns across social media channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and create creative, innovative & out of the box trends to make continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and insights on campaign performance, audience engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven min 1 year experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Data-driven person.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure social media performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in social media advertising tools is a plus.
- Able to work in Cakung.
