Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and curate daily high-quality content (TikTok and Instagram) such as photos and video concepts.
  • End-to-end ideation and execution of social media content
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop content calendars and content across multiple social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Design customer success initiatives, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
  • Analyze and report on social media accounts and make recommendations for improvements, participate in creating ads content to increase engagement and conversion through social media
  • Identify social media trends and create digital marketing content to drive traffic and engagement
  • Curating and managing KOL relationships to increase brand reputation.

Kualifikasi

  • Knowledge of best practices of the various social media channels (paid and organic)
  • Experienced in creating social media strategies and planning
  • Meticulous, able to organize and prioritize tasks, including working under tight timeline
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties
  • Social media savvy: up to date with social media trends (TikTok and Instagram) and understand various social media tools and characteristics to market and monitor contents
  • Detailed, articulate, resourceful, and full of ideas
  • Have good communication, copywriting, and storytelling skill (English and Indonesian)
