Planning and creating daily social media content (TikTok and Instagram) such as photos and video concepts
End-to-end ideation and execution of social media content
Work closely with the creative team to develop content calendars and content across multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
Design customer success initiatives, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
Analyze and report on social media accounts and make recommendations for improvements
Identify social media trends and create digital marketing content to drive traffic and engagement
Curating and managing KOL relationships to increase brand reputation
Participate in daily conversations and interactions with consumers within Alicia’s social media and digital channels
Ensure the collaterals created are consistent with the branding guidelines

Kualifikasi

Understand the women fashion market, especially dresses style
Knowledge of best practices of the various social media channels (paid and organic)
Experienced in creating social media strategies and planning
Meticulous, able to organize and prioritize tasks, including working under tight timelines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties
Social media savvy: up to date with social media trends (TikTok and Instagram) and understand various social media tools and characteristics to market and monitor contents
Detailed, articulate, resourceful, and full of ideas
Have good communication and copywriting skill (English and Indonesian)
